- Give it a moment on first load — your history syncs in the background. If it still looks empty, refresh the page. Your messages are stored on our servers, not just in the browser, so they aren't lost.
- Can I use the same account on my phone and laptop?
- Yes. Sign in with the same method on each device and the same conversation, memory and media follow you.
- I forgot which sign-in method I used
- July AI supports Google, Apple and email. Try the same one you used originally — signing in with a different method creates a separate account with its own conversation.
- How do I delete my account?
- Open Settings inside the chat. You can erase your memory and profile, or delete the account entirely, at any time.
